Welcome to the Hum Hai Portal, operated by Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”). By registering your business and using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or register on the platform.

2. About the Platform

The Hum Hai Portal is a multi-service business management platform offering modules such as CRM, HRM, Inventory & Stock Management, Billing & Sales Management, and Business Listing & Promotion Tools. These modules help businesses manage operations, communicate with clients, and promote products/services digitally.

3. Business Registration and Account Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate business details (name, contact, address, registration info).
  • Each business receives a unique Business ID to be used across the platform.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and data.
  • Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for misuse due to unauthorized access or negligence.
4. Permitted Use

Registered businesses may manage employees, customers, products, services, share listings, and send communications. Users agree not to upload false content, violate laws, hack/reverse engineer, or use the platform for fraudulent/unethical activities.

5. Data and Contact Sharing Policy
  • Business name, address, and contact number may appear publicly in listings/promotions.
  • Data may be shared with interested customers/partners for visibility.
  • Personal mobile numbers of employees stay private unless authorized.
  • Visibility settings can be managed via dashboard.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy

Your uploaded business data remains your property. Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. acts as a data processor, applying encryption, firewalls, and access controls. Data may be processed for improvements, analytics, and support, but is never sold without consent.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Terms

Some modules require paid subscriptions. Secure payment gateways are used. Fees are non-refundable except for verified billing errors. Non-payment may limit access. Pricing may change with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform’s design, source code, logos, databases, and APIs belong to Deng Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Businesses receive a limited license for internal use only. Copying or reselling any part is prohibited.

9. Support and Availability

Support is available during working hours via email or chat. Maintenance or network failures may cause downtime; the company is not liable for such interruptions.

10. Termination

Access may be suspended/terminated for violations, fraud, or actions harming the platform. Data may be retained temporarily for audit before deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for indirect losses, user-caused data loss, or downtime impacts. Liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months.

We gather information to power HRM, CRM, Inventory, Billing, and listing modules.

  • Business Owners: Business name, registration details, GST, address, primary contact person, email, phone, billing/subscription info, and uploaded content (products, services, images).
  • Employees: Name, designation, contact info, face data/embeddings for attendance, GPS coordinates during check-ins, shift/attendance/leave data, and work-performance logs entered by the business.
  • Users/Visitors: Inquiry details (name, contact), and non-personally identifiable analytics like device/browser data.
3. Purpose of Data Collection

Data is used for attendance (facial recognition + geolocation), HR/payroll, CRM/sales tracking, billing, record-keeping, listings/visibility, and facilitating communication between businesses and interested users.

4. Business Listing & Public Data

Businesses may publish their name, address, contact number, and category. Public contact info appears only with business consent. Visibility/privacy settings are manageable from the dashboard.

5. Data Ownership

All uploaded data remains the property of the business. Hum Hai acts as data processor (hosting, maintenance, security). Businesses may request export or deletion subject to verification/compliance.

6. Data Security
  • Encrypted storage and HTTPS/SSL transmission.
  • Secure authentication/session management.
  • Limited internal access and periodic audits.

Despite safeguards, Hum Hai isn’t liable for breaches caused by external hacking, negligence, or third-party failures.

7. Data Sharing Policy
  • No selling/renting/trading of personal/business data.
  • No external sharing without business owner approval.
  • Limited business metadata may be public for discovery.
  • Employee data (face/location/attendance) is strictly private within authorized business users.
8. Consent

Businesses consent to processing for operational modules; employees consent to facial/geolocation data for attendance; users consent to processing inquiries to connect with businesses.

9. Third-Party Services

Integrations (payment gateways, cloud storage, communication APIs) follow their own policies. Hum Hai isn’t responsible for their misuse or lapses.

10. Data Retention

Data remains while the account is active. After closure it’s archived briefly for audit/legal purposes before deletion. Inquiry data may be retained for communication history and analytics.

All payments for Hum Hai services (modules, ads, listings) are final and non-refundable. Purchasing any paid plan implies acceptance of this policy.

2. Scope of Non-Refundable Services
  • Subscription fees for CRM, HRM, Inventory, Billing, etc.
  • Paid advertisements/promotions once scheduled or published.
  • Business listing packages (creation, renewal, upgrades).
  • Content hosting, APIs, analytics, or similar plan inclusions.
  • One-time setup, customization, or technical support charges.
3. No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds

No refunds for unused time. If cancelled mid-cycle, access stays active until the term ends.

4. Exceptions

Refund consideration only if:

  • Duplicate payment occurred due to verified technical error.
  • Gateway processed an incorrect charge confirmed by both parties.
